SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Normal delivery from Schnayderman’s is 2-5 working days from the time the customer receives the dispatch confirmation email. Some products may be in high demand and have a slightly longer delivery time. In this case you will be notified by e-mail.

Schnayderman’s sends all their packages with Postnord within Sweden, and with DHL for all international shippings.

Whenever you shop at Schnaydermans.com you have the opportunity to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the delivery of your package. The Schnayderman’s condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. If an item delivered is wrong, we will of course pay for the return postage. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address:

We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects when delivered. Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery. We will pay for return delivery in such cases.

If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we have the possibility to charge you for the cost of the return delivery. If a customer has more than 2 unclaimed packages they will be barred from shopping at Schnaydermans.com.
