JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for a Financial and Logistics Manager to join our team in Stockholm. The position will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks and additionally what is continuously agreed with the company's chief operating officer:
  • Managing the company's book keeping, including delivery of monthly and annual accounts as well as the annual report.
  • Managing the company's tax returns and handling the contact with the Swedish Tax Authority.
  • Participating in budget and forecast work and continuously update liquidity and earnings forecasts.
  • Preparing financial reports for management and members of the board.
  • Being responsible for the company's logistics linked to wholesale and direct sales. This includes contact with the company's producers, warehouse suppliers and shipping partners.
  • Managing and developing new processes and routines that improve the streamline work flow within finance and logistics.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have the following: 
  • University degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Very good accounting skills and 3-4 years of experience working with similar tasks. Experience of working in the accounting program Fortnox is a plus.
  • Experience in independently creating monthly reports, annual reports, income tax returns and producing similar financial reports.
  • Experience in logistics and planning.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

You are a team player who has a positive attitude and who is happy to help where needed. Finally, it is also a plus if you have an interest in fashion.
Employment takes place in agreement with the company's chief operating officer and the position is a full-time position with a 6 months probationary period.
